Below is a description of how your personal data will be processed and the rights to which you are entitled in accordance with current data protection legislation - (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data, and the developing regulations thereof, hereinafter, “data protection regulations” or “GDPR”.

At any event, Click Cerámica follows a series of strict selection criteria with said third parties in order to fully comply with its data protection obligations and signs the corresponding data protection agreement with them, in which said third parties undertake to comply with their data protection obligations and, specifically, to comply with the legal, technical and organisational measures required when processing the personal data for the agreed purposes, as well as to refrain from processing said personal data for other purposes or sharing the same with third parties.

In addition, Click Cerámica may disclose the personal data and any other user information when required to do so by public authorities in the exercise of the duties legitimately assigned to them and in accordance with the legal provisions that may be applicable where necessary.

  1. How long will we keep your data?
    Click Cerámica will comply with currently applicable regulations on its duty to delete personal data once the purpose sought has been achieved or when you withdraw your consent for the processing thereof, in which case it will remain exclusively available to the competent courts and tribunals, public prosecutor’s office or public authorities for responding to any possible liabilities stemming from the processing and only for the statutory period of said liabilities. Following expiry of said periods, said information will be definitively deleted using secure methods.
